Bill Frisby

Bill Frisby is the Managing Chair of Five Strengthening Leaders CEO & Executive Peer Advisory Groups in Atlanta, GA (2) and Dallas/Fort Worth, TX (3)

Bill Frisby founded Strengthening Leaders in 2007 and leads the firm as CEO. As a learning organization the firm continues to grow in influence, impacting leaders and organizations in the non-profit sector as well as private sector organizations. His passion is to strengthen leaders of Christian ministries in the USA and around the world. As Bill strengthens our clients he draws from over 40 years of international, non-profit and corporate leadership, and learning professional experience. He provides executive coaching, organizational consulting, and training to strengthen individual leaders and teams.

Bill has a rich leadership background in business and ministry. Bill has worked in over 80 countries while living and working onboard OM’s ship the MV Logos II, in the Italian Alps, on the South Pacific Island of Fiji, and in the USA. Today he resides in Peachtree City, GA (metro Atlanta) with Lisa, his wife of 43 years, They have two adult children who grew up as third-culture kids, and three amazing grandchildren. 

Bill earned a BA Degree in Business Administration/Marketing from the University of Kentucky. He did his graduate studies at Talbot Theological Seminar and Biola University, majoring in Inter-Cultural Studies and Pastoral Ministry. Bill successfully completed Bobb Biehl’s Leadership Academy, Consulting Institute and a unique one-year intensive mentorship with Bobb, a master consultant and executive mentor. Bill is an active member of the Association for Training and Development (ATD).
