Mike Congrove

Mike Congrove serves Strengthening Leaders as Managing Chair for our peer groups in Kansas City and Houston. 

Mike still holds an active role of Co-Founder at Empower One, a non-profit Christian ministry focused on developing leaders who start churches and transform their communities in five countries in Africa. He was CEO of Empower One for eight years.

Prior to his role at Empower One, Mike served as both the Sudan Strategy Coordinator and Africa Continent Director at E3 Partners Ministry. Before entering ministry, Mike worked for Accenture Consulting and AT&T.

He graduated with a Bachelor of Arts from Oklahoma Baptist University and holds a Master of Arts from the University of North Texas. Mike is married to Ali, has three children, and calls Dallas, Texas home.
